If the order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel the entire order and then replace your order. If the order has already been shipped it's not possible to add new items.

We're currently only shipping to South Africa but we are working on more solutions. If you sign up to our email list you will be the first to know when we ship to your country and get a voucher to use for your first order.

Yay! Absolutely. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed - this will include your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

At the moment, we are only offering a courier service. Once we come out of lockdown, this may change but your safety is important to us and we feel this is the best way to uphold health protocols.

Order cancellations must be made within twenty-four (24) hours after the order is placed. An order can be cancelled if Future Females Inc. has not collected payment for the order.

We do not currently offer refunds. Should your item arrive with a defect or fault, we’re happy to exchange it or provide you with a voucher for the same value of the item purchased.

All our apparel is made in Cape Town by a proudly South African company called Influence. They are women run and have been in business for over 33 years. They only use local suppliers themselves.
